Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or rental.

Cancellation Without Penalty

Customers are allowed to cancel their dumpster rental free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. This provides flexibility and peace of mind when planning your projects.

Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Late Cancellation Charge

A fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations that occur within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time. This fee compensates for the short notice and the potential loss of service to other customers.

Restrictions on Concrete Disposal

For concrete disposal, only 10-yard dumpsters are authorized. This policy ensures that the heavy material does not exceed the weight limits of larger dumpsters, maintaining safety and compliance with disposal regulations.
